  • **Important Information**
    There are two projects taking place within Godrevy Gardens, which is on the land opposite the entrance. This is expected to restrict views from properties located on Godrevy Terrace, of some of the town roof tops and harbour. Activities have the potential to be seen and heard at times. The building works are located to the front of the building which is viewed from the living and kitchen area.

    Four Seawinds has had rates set with the building works in mind taking into account any potential disturbances.
