This is a ideal home for outdoor enthusiasts. Praa Sands offers excellent surf facilities plus there is also windsurfing and sea kayaking to be enjoyed as well. During the summer months the beach is life guarded so it makes for a safe place for children to enjoy the water.

Enjoying some of the best views of the house the open plan living, dining and kitchen space has all you need for a beachside holiday. The living room has a wood burner (and some wood), sofa and armchair and a Smart TV. The dining area has seating for six.

The fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and most importantly for the cook, good knives.

The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed and benefits from an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The bedroom also has a TV.

The second bedroom offers great flexibility with twin beds which can also be made as super king bed on request.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.

Enjoy the stunning sea views from the beautiful south facing patio with decking area furnished with table and chairs.  Just beyond you will find access the beach and South West Coastal Path.
